Rubber cooling water bath for cooling extruded rubber parts

The water cooling conveyor is a versatile auxiliary machine to preforming machines that designed to prevent blanks from sticking or defroming. This conveyor is highly effective for rubber materials of large weight or size, and provides an improved cooling effect.

Rubber blanks are cooled by either cooling water or liquid release agent, and then dried and stabilized through air cooling. All cutting speeds in the precision preforming process can be matched by adjusting the running speed of the stainless steel mesh chain of the conveyor.

Advantages Conveyor parts that contact with rubber are made out of stainless steel to prevent corrosion.
The conveyor's speed can be adjusted between 1.6-3.2 m/min, allowing the user to customize their belt speed based on the type of rubber material. Use a lever to raise the water tank and separate it for swifter cleaning when changing the rubber material.
A water chiller can be connected externally to maintain the water temperature in the water tank and enhance the cooling performance. Specification
