3D 4-axis CNC router

Using a rotary axis as the 4th axis, the R series CNC router can do carving operations on several different sides of a cubic or cylindrical object. This 3D CNC router comes with an elevating platform and is able to engrave on cylindrical objects up to 250mm in diameter. Multiple water-cooled spindles facilitate high-precision batch production of wood, acrylic, and aluminum composite materials.

1. Base
Made of heavy-duty tubular steel, the base of 4-axis CNC router is a welded structure precisely machined by gantry milling machine and stress relieved by vibration device so that the foundation remains rigid over the its operational life.

2. Water-Cooled Spindle
Choices of power configurations for water-cooled spindle include 220V-2 Phase-50-60Hz, 220V-3Phase-50-60Hz or 380V,3Phase-50-60Hz. Router tools are 3.175mm,4mm,6mm,8mm and 12.7mm in diameter.

3. CNC Display
PC based CNC display provides a user-friendly interface that allows operators of CNC wood router to freely control relief carving or other types of woodworking process. If you are a small business owner who needs accuracy and production capacity of the large wood engraving machine, this CNC router is sure to be one of your favorites. Differential signal input and output facilitate signal control. Other desirable features include: power failure protection function, linear interpolation, circular interpolation, intelligent pre-fetch (prepared data beforehand for later use), reverse cutting, backlash compensation, breakpoint continuation and block skip, etc.

4. Rotary Axis
The rotary axis greatly increases the CNC router’s work range of applications such as carving on cylinders, oddly shaped objects, crutches, and cylindrical crafts of various diameters. We can add various numbers of rotary axes to your CNC engraving machine according to customer specific requirements.

5. Control Cabinet
Housed inside the mobile, double-door enclosure are neatly wired electronic components. This enclosure allows for easy access and servicing when needed. Every wire is attached with a tag so that when service is required, the customer can easily identify each part in the cabinet.

6. Central Lubricator
Central lubricator makes it easier to lubricate the linear guide assembly on a regular basis. Just pull it gently and oil will go when it is needed.

7. Photoelectric Limit Switch
More sensitive and durable than traditional mechanical switch, maintenance-free for long term use.

8. Foot Pads
Foot Pads make it easier to level the machine accurately.

9. PowerMILL CAM Software
Operators can program their CNC woodworking router in the PowerMILL CAM software. The program file which contains commands for performing 3D cutting is scanned with a 3D scanner. It is worth noting that the R series CNC wood outer can perform true 4th axis machining which means all the A-, X-, Y-, and Z-axes can move at the same time.

1. 3D Scanner
A fast and easy to way operate devices for batch production based on complicated three-dimensional samples. 2. Mist Sprayer
The mist sprayer sprays oil mist onto the surface to be machined. The oil is important for tool cooling and lubrication.
