The vibratory spiral cooling conveyor is an auxiliary machine designed to address adhesion and deformation of rubber blanks, as well as cooling. The converyor's contact parts with the rubber are made in stainless steel and it use perpetual vibratory motion so as to effectively keep the rubber from sticking and deforming.

FKM, NBR, CR, EPDM and other rubber materials are applicable to the production various blanks, including pelleting, bearings seals, oil seals, O-rings, strips, and sheets.

Selection of cooling mode: It is suggested to utilize a combination of water and air cooling for materials resistant to water. The LSZ 1050 model conveyor is the ideal choice for this purpose. For types of material that cannot be exposed to water, our LSZ 1050L model conveyor is the ideal option if air cooling is your preferred method. A compact solution which saves factory space.
Liquid or powder release agents can be added in the cooling water tank optionally, which aids in preventing blanks from sticking.
Sensible design and well-structured internal wiring. All parts connected with aviation plugs, allowing for easy disassembly and installation.
