PS-275 Pneumatic Slips

The PS-275 pneumatic slip is scientifically designed and meticulously crafted as per API Spec 7K and SY/T 5049, and it is intended to hold casings and drill pipes during tripping operations in oil and gas drilling projects. With the help of this offshore drilling tool, operators could raise/lower casing and drill pipe in a rapid and convenient way for both offshore and onshore applications.

Feature
1. This air-operated slip could be installed in all rotary tables to work instead of master bushing, and it is able to scrape mud during tripping.

2. Our pneumatic slip is characterized by simple operation, safe running, big hoisting force, wide application range and high degree of automation, so it not only reduces labor intensity, but also significantly enhances working efficiency.

3. For the pneumatic system, there is a component assembled by filter and pressure relief valve. This component is designed to filter compressed air and reduce its pressure to meet the requirements of pneumatic system, and then compressed air enters into the cylinder. By controlling the handle, our pneumatic slip is moved up and down to lift or lower drill pipes.
