We have the production procedure of water tap as the following: copper ingot preparing; smelting; casting; after-casting cleaning; cast product testing; machining; tolerance test; leak detection; grinding; surface testing; electroplating; electroplate testing; assembling; water testing and leak testing; finished product testing; packaging and leaving factory.

Quality Management and Control
The quality of the water tap is managed and controlled throughout the whole production procedure until the finished product is accomplished. The finished products’ quality and packed products’ correct position are randomly inspected.
