1. Innovatively, by adopting the latest TI high-speed motor controller dedicated DSP and three core processing platform, the complex vector calculation is completed by ultra-high-speed computing.
2. A new generation of vector control without PG. By the use of advanced motor model algorithm, the open-loop torque control can be achieved by closed-loop algorithm. Torque response time: 10ms; steady state accuracy ≤ 5%; speed ​​ratio up to 1:200; steady state speed accuracy: 0.2%; 180% of rated torque at 0.5Hz.
3. PG vector control, closed-loop torque control. Online torque and speed control switch is supported and zero-servo control is enabled. The torque can be180% of rated torque at 0Hz. The steady speed accuracy is up to 0.02%, and the dynamic response time is less than 10ms.
4. Standard frequency inverters all have anti-static, anti-corrosion, and anti-dust coating. Especially for occasions of excessive humidity or dust, the inverter drive has been strengthened to meet the requirements for long-term stable operation in harsh environment.
