The 6-12 heavy duty centrifugal fan suits high-temperature air-stream movement tasks. It is commonly used to convey incombustible gases, particles, powders, scraps, or fibers at ambient temperature or high temperature. Compared to 6-11 series, the 6-12 heavy duty centrifugal blower deliver higher volumes of air. It is widely seen in the incinerator, flue gas desulphurization and denitration system, or used as large-scale dust collection fan, forced draft fan, induced draft fan and pulverized coal feeder for industrial-grade rotary kiln, calcination kiln and boiler.
Features of Heavy Duty Centrifugal Fan
1. Each heavy duty centrifugal fan can be custom built to performance requirements. CFD optimization helps the fan achievement more energy savings.
2. Impeller blades are arranged at an optimal angle to the direction of rotation. This arrangement enhances wear resistance and longevity of impeller blades.
3. Control valves can be used to flexibly regulate the air pressure and flow in the heavy duty centrifugal fan. Also among options is the variable frequency control drive which achieves the same adjustment via varying motor speed.
4. The impeller has undergone annealing to remove its internal stresses produced during welding. No creepage or crack is likely to occur.
5. Ultrasonic flaw detection is performed on the weld line and impeller shaft to check against any weld imperfections and material defects.
6. Dynamically balanced impeller ensures running stability.
7. Depending on media temperature and air moving conditions, customers can either choose the water cooling method which is cost saving or, the oil cooling method which dissipates heat fast, for shaft bearing. For applications that involve extremely high temperatures, an electronic cooler can be added to the shaft bearing to ensure reliable operation.
8. Large fan models can be taken apart so that more parts can fit in one container. This is to facilitate transportation of your ordered heavy duty centrifugal fan and save shipping cost.
9. Each part of the heavy duty centrifugal fan is imprinted with in installation number. Even a layman will easily install the industrial fan blower only if the installation instructions are properly followed.
10. On-site services are available to provide guide for installation.
