Features of Double Inlet Centrifugal Fan
1. For applications that require large volumes of high-temperature, pressurized air, this double inlet heavy-duty centrifugal blower might be the best bet.
2. The bearing housing leaves space to mount temperature sensor and vibration sensor for real time monitoring of the operating status. The annealing process removes any internal stresses of the impeller produced during welding. It prevents impeller cracks or creepage.
3. Ultrasonic flaw detection is performed on the weld line and impeller shaft to check against any weld imperfections and material defects.
4. Dynamically balanced impeller delivers high running stability.
5. Each piece of air and gas handling equipment will be preassembled to ensure parts do not interfere with each other.
6. Detachable parts provide a great convenience for transportation.
7. Control valves can be used to adjust air pressure and flow. Variable frequency drive is also among the option to achieve the said adjustment by varying the motor speed.
