The E91T1-B3C low alloy steel flux cored wire belongs to basic type slag system. Being a low hydrogen welding wire, this product is endowed with premium resistance against heat and oxidation. Moreover, this type of pipeline flux cored wire offers weldability and mechanical properties in welding of heat resistant steel such as 2.5Cr-1Mo.
In addition, this low alloy steel flux cored wire is highly recognized by stable arc, low spatter and excellent formation. Furthermore, 300℃ preheat is required. Therefore, our CO2 gas shielded wire is extensively applied to high-pressure high-temperature pipeline, chemical machinery and petroleum cracking equipment at temperature lower than 550℃.
