The E91T5-B3C low alloy steel flux cored wire is formulated with basic type slag system. This low hydrogen welding wire shows remarkable resilience to heat and oxidation. The excellent wedability and mechanical properties of this CO2 welding wire is responsible for stable arc, low spatter and impressive formation.
This low alloy steel flux cored wire requires 300℃ preheat for perfect welds. The heat resistant steel wire is widely applied to low alloy steel structures such as 2.5Cr-1Mo used in high-temperature high-pressure pipeline, chemical machinery and petroleum cracking equipment, etc.
