E81T1-B2VC Low Alloy Steel Flux Cored Wire

The E81T1-B2VC low alloy steel flux cored wire is derived from Titanium slag system. Superior weldability can be achieved in all welding positions. By utilization of this heat resistant steel flux cored wire, customers benefit from stable arc, negligible spatter and attractive finish.

Additionally, 200-300℃ preheat is needed for perfect welds. This type of low alloy steel flux cored wire delivers remarkable mechanical properties in welding of heat resistant pearlitic steel such as 12CrMoV at temperature lower than 540℃. Therefore, our CO2 welding wire is highly recommended for boiler pipeline, pressure vessel, oil tanker and petroleum refining equipment, etc.
