Due to the complex structure of the computer mouse, its prototyping requires the use of stereolithograph apparatus. After 3D printing, the mouse prototype is then put through surface treatment process. In our daily prototyping practice, many complicated parts are produced using the SLA process. The resultant prototype, due to the special material utilized for prototyping, is only used for structural design verification. It can not be employed for safety testing, such as checking out its fireproofing performance.
