A desirable feature of our vacuum emulsifying mixer is the movable stainless steel homogenizer, which is located at the bottom of the mixing unit but is able to be lifted up and down. When the homogenizer rotor is at its highest position, it draws materials into the vacuum mixer homogenizer from the top, where they are intensely mixed at a high shear rate. Centrifugal force drives the materials to be periphery of the rotor-stator homogenizer before they circulate back, which forms an internal circulation.

Model KRHII vacuum mixer homogenizer is made of an emulsion tank (with movable lid and tiltable tank body), bottom high-shear homogenizer, premix tank, vacuum suction mechanism, heating and cooling system, and electrical enclosure.
Features of the Vacuum Mixer Homogenizer
1. The lid of the emulsion tank can automatically rise and the tank body is able to be tilted to allow for easy discharging and convenient cleaning and repair.
2. Available with a cooling system, the high shear rotor-stator mixer can operate continuously for a long time without getting overheated.
3. A vacuum suction method reduces the number of bubbles in the finished mixture, ensuring a fine, flexible emulsion.
4. Product contact parts are made of SUS316L stainless steel that has been polished and passivated. Food grade material makes an ideal piece of high shear mixer for emulsion production.
