The sun gear, planetary gear, ring gear and spiral bevel gear are hardened with carburizing and quenching processes to have hard-wearing surfaces. Then they go through tooth grinding after the heat treatment. Thus, the planetary gear motor runs quietly, efficiently and has longer service life.
The standardized planetary speed reducer is able to meet the special requirements of material handling. It applies to the drive of bucket wheel, slewing mechanism and traveling mechanism.
