Planetary Gearbox

The planetary gearbox is a standardized high power, high torque gear reducer. It comes in 27 different sizes and 7 different models, with a maximum torque of 2,600,000 Nm and a ratio of 4000:1. The sun gear, planetary gear, ring gear and spiral bevel gear are hardened with carburizing and quenching processes to have hard-wearing surfaces. Then they go through tooth grinding after the heat treatment. Thus, the planetary gear motor runs quietly, efficiently and has longer service life.
