ZYX Industrial Mixer(For Lotion Making)

Pictures on the page show the full-scale model of our ZYX industrial mixer for lotion making. Made of stainless steel, this lotion mixer has its surface polished to obtain a mirror finish. It is completely sealed to keep out air and any other contaminants while creating a vacuum condition that prevents the formation of unwanted air bubbles through the mixing course.

The standard industrial mixer is built to GMP requirements. Nonstandard models are also available should you intend to use this industrial tank mixer for the demanding pharmaceutical applications. Available with either push-button control or human-machine interface, the industrial agitator can have its mixing mode customized to meet specific process requirements. Given the difference sizes of production runs in diverse cosmetics companies, we offer industrial mixers with mixing capacities from 500L to 5000L.

Working Principle
The industrial mixing equipment is available with an anchor impeller at the bottom and a straight blade impeller at the top of the mixing tank. Under the combined actions of these two impellers, materials are tumbled up and down. There are baffles arranged on the side wall of the mixing tank to direct flow and ensure sufficient mixing.
