GX Planetary Mixer

The GX planetary mixer is a state-of-the-art, high-efficiency industrial mixer built on advanced Chinese and International technologies. It is ideal for mixing and kneading viscous pastes due to its large torque output. Common high viscosity products include adhesives, silica gel, and lithium-ion battery paste.

Available with a scraper, our planetary mixer is able to remove any sticky matters that tend to deposit on the mixing tank wall or at the bottom. It is widely used as the wax mixer, detergent mixer, sterilizer mixer, and paint mixer.

Main Parts
A complete GX planetary mixer is made up of the main mixing tank (with a lid that can be lifted and lowered), planetary impeller, vacuum suction device, heating and cooling system, and the electrical enclosure.

Working Principle of the Planetary Mixer
The 2 planetary blades each rotate on their own axes, and at the same time on a common axis. They spin along the inside wall of the tank. The Teflon-coated scraper is built to conform to the inside wall shape, helping draw materials to the central part of the impeller which in turn ensures a thorough mix.

Features of the Planetary Mixer
1. The flanged tank opening comes with an O-ring for tight seal. Air is constantly sucked out throughout the mixing course, thus reducing the number of air bubbles produced from the process. This ensures a fine, flexible mixture.
2. The industrial mixing equipment is designed with ribbon impellers which cause the materials inside the tank to move up and down as well as towards the outer ends of the impeller. Extended mixing time enables outstanding mixing performance.
3. Variable frequency drive is used to control the rotating speed of the impeller and the scraper.
4. Different mixing methods are used to suit your specific mixing process. Non-standard planetary mixers are available.
5. This line of industrial agitator is mainly suitable for mixing high-viscosity cosmetics, though it is also applicable for other powdery and paste products.
