The eccentric half ball valve, also known as E-ball Valve and C type valve, is produced based on the advanced foreign technology to solve the technical problem in the transportation of the two-phase flow, like solid-liquid and solid-gas.
Features
1. Straight-through valve body
In full open state, the rectilinear flow of fluid makes for less energy loss than other valves, such as butterfly valve and globe valve.
2. Convenient operation
The valve disc will be separated from the valve seat when the E-ball valve is opened. The starting torque is small and the turning of the eccentric half ball valve with worm wheel is flexible.
3. Double eccentric structure
With the utilization of the eccentric-locked cam mechanism, closing of the double eccentric half ball valve is tight and reliable with outstanding sealing performance.
4. Wedge clamping force
When closing the eccentric half ball valve, dirt and the adhesion on the sealing surface can be removed, which is conducive to the avoidance of scale formation.
