The RCV010 series dual plate wafer check valve, also known as non-return valve, is extensively applied in water treatment, supply and drainage pipeline and other fields to prevent media from flowing in an opposite direction.

Overall Design
1. The compact body adopts the monoblock cast structure, which minimizes the stress on pipeline supports and avoids pipeline deformation.
2. To meet demands for special operating conditions, the check valve is provided with various options, such as no-clean silicon, oxygen cleaning and so forth.
3. It works under static pressure without risk of leakage.
4. This clack valve comes with long useful life, stable performance, low fluid resistance and high water hammer pressure resistance ability.
5. The seat follows a waterline sealing design to enhance sealing performance.
6. The junction surface of its side flange also uses waterline design, improving the leakproofness of connection to a pipeline.
Features
1. Body
The bolts and other components of body are manufactured from stainless steel. Its design is proud of compact structure, small size, high strength and corrosion resistance.
2. Disc
Made of stainless steel or aluminum bronze, the semi-circular disc of check valve does well in high tensile and anti corrosion. There is no risk of deformation caused by water hammer pressure.
3. Spring
The stainless steel spring can be adjusted flexibly in line with actual demands. Its accurate calculation and excellent design ensure high efficiency and no resistance during the opening and closing of disc.
4. Seat
Manufactured from EPDM or NBR, the overall vulcanized seat of check valve will not move when the disc is opened or closed, guaranteeing reliable sealing property.
