Self Lubricating Bearings

1. Self lubricating bearings are designed for some oil-free lubrication or less oil lubrication applications. Proper lubrication is critical to the guarantee of oilless bearing performance.

2. This product comes with a lubricant, and the lubricated area accounts for approximately 25%. During operation, the solid-lubricated bearing can produce a layer of solid-liquid lubricant film to reduce friction and improve performance. It can work normally in various harsh conditions such as heavy load, high temperature, impact load, reciprocating motion, water, and difficult refueling, etc.

3. With perfect elasto-plastic property, the self lubricating bearing allows stress to be distributed on a wide contact surface, so as to improve load-carrying capacity.
