Single Screw Extruder

The single screw extruder is now commonly seen in the plastics extrusion industry. Available with a 2-stage screw, our LSJ series single-screw extruder also can be followed by quality extrusion dies and other downstream components to ensure high-speed extrusion and aesthetically-appealing profile of extruded products.

Dozens of plastic materials can be extruded by this 2-stage single screw extruder. HDPE, PP, ABS, PVC, PET, PC, and PS are just a few examples. The resultant plastic products include pipe, tubing, profile, and sheeting. Upon your request, we can provide vented extruders.

1.Core parts of our single screw extruder like the temperature controller and variable frequency drive are all of well-known brands. These components are essential to uniform mixing of melt, low melting temperature, and high extrusion output.
2. The reduction gear box contains gear sets with induction surface hardened teeth. Carburized gear has been through abrasive machining. Coupled with the forced cooling system, this versatile extruder operates quietly with extended service life.
3. The feed section either uses a grooved feed throat or a smooth feed bore ensure various raw plastics can be efficiently fed into the extruder barrel.
4. Made of 38CrMoALA, the extruder barrel and screw possess high hardness, and enhanced resistance to corrosion and abrasion.
5. The PLC system enables the extruder and downstream components to synchronize their movement.
