Introduction

2. With the CCD monitoring system, spot size can be adjusted electrically and laser output is under effective control, which makes the high-precision welding possible.
3. It uses high-energy laser pulses for local heating within tiny area of material, then the energy of laser radiation spreads within the material by heat conduction, melting the material to form a welding pool.

Application
The precision laser welding machine is suitable for the spot welding on precious metal jewelry, dentures, treatment appliances and high-precision non-standard parts.

It is also applicable to welding tiny precision parts, such as the battery nickel belt, IC lead, watches, tubes, and the electron gun assembly.
