UCFB200 3 bolt flange bearing units are a transformation of UCFL series. Three installation bolts are concentrated on one side of the bearing pedestal. The product is usually installed on positions involved with vertical face and small installation such as the side face of a machine. It is widely used on pulleys and guide rollers.

The 3 bolt flange bearing comes with suspension type pedestal to cooperate with the main machine. The bearing's outer ring is spherical surface, which is matched with the pedestal’ spherical inner bore.

This housed bearing can achieve automatic aligning and bear larger load than a double row self-aligning ball bearing. It also has larger aligning range. The 3 bolt flange bearing and related shaft work together by means of clearance fit. They are connected with each other to transmit power by set screws on the inner ring or the eccentric locking collar and additive adapter sleeve.
