Adjustable Flange Bearing Units

As a transformation of UCFL series, UCFA adjustable flange bearing unit replaces one of UCFL’s bolt holes with an arc-shaped groove which is positioned with the other bolt hole as the center. It is a 2 bolt flange bearing which is able to adjust the angle with a supporting point as the center. Hence, fine tuning of supporting position of shaft’s center can be achieved during installation of this housed bearing.

The adjustable flange bearing units are mainly used on tensioning wheels.
