UK200 series insert bearing’s inner ring is a taper inner bore of 1:12 and it can be installed directly on a tapering spindle or work with an adapter sleeve. Fine tuning of bearing clearance can be achieved. Compared with an insert bearing with set screw, which has the same inner diameter, this rolling-element bearing can bear higher load. It also has higher rotation speed and higher bearing capacity than UC and HC types with the same inner diameter.

The insert bearings with adapter sleeve locking have extremely high bearing capacity and small radial cross section. They also save space and have relatively low rotation speed, which reduces consumption of force and achieves safety protection.

Thisball bearing is suitable for machines involved with vibration and impact load and occasions with high requirements for vibration and rotation accuracy. It is also used to connect two shafts.
