Application
The carbohydrazide is the most advanced boiler water oxygen scavenger in the world today. It features low toxicity and high melting point. Its deoxidation efficiency is far greater than common materials. It is ideal for safety and environmental protection.
The user can either put it directly into water or use its aqueous solution as an antioxidant for boilers. For 1mol O2, the dosage of carbohydrazide should be 0.5mol or more. The temperature range should be 87.8-176.7 ℃. It should be used after thermal deaeration.

Application
The hydrazine hydrate is an anti-corrosion additive for circulating water in thermal and nuclear power plants. It is adopted as an oxygen scavenger for industrial boilers and high pressure steam boilers. It is a deoxidizer, which enables the reduction of dissolved oxygen in water and further removes residual trace oxygen in boiler feed water after thermal deaeration. Because the dissolved oxygen can cause corrosion of boiler tubes. Adding hydrazine hydrate to the boiler feed water can also inhibit the formation of iron and copper scales.
