The HZS-75 concrete batching plant, also known as concrete mixing plant, comes with magnificent appearance, large maintenance space and high production capability. It is capable of mixing 75 tons of materials every hour. This concrete batch mix plant is appropriate for large and medium-sized construction sites, tubular pile manufacturer and other places.
Customized design and installation services for the concrete batching plant are available to meet your requirements. Our technicians will help you to design the layout of your site and instruct your operators in using techniques.
1. Uniform Stirring
The batch mixing system is outfitted with JS1500 series of twin horizontal shaft compulsory concrete mixers. The mixers has mixing blades that are manufactured from chrome-manganese alloy, a kind of special wear-resistant material. The bearings at the shaft ends adopt the unique multiple sealing form, which greatly improves the reliability of main machine.
2. Automatic Control
With the help of computer network and computer self-control technology, the concrete batching plant realizes online monitoring and full-automatic control, so as to strictly manage and control the whole production process of concrete.
3. Environmental Protection
All the powdery materials are loaded, batched, weighed, fed, mixed and discharged in closed areas. Hence, the concrete plant considerably cuts air pollution and noise pollution.
4. Easy Maintenance
The concrete batching plant is equipped with a maintenance platform or a overhaul ladder to facilitate inspection and maintenance.
