As one of the ice manufacturing equipment, block ice machine is commonly used to produce rectangular solid block ice that has larger size in comparison with other ice products, and a slow melt rate.

Features

Patented design of evaporator, improved ice making efficiency and reduced energy consumption;



Brine tank features a corrosion resistant surface, which is specially treated by coating with two layers of primer coatings and one layer of top coatings. The coating layer is resistant to low temperature and can be immersed in brine water for a long time without falling off. Service life of brine tank is 35% higher than that of other similar tanks;

Ice molds (ice cans) is customizable according to your acute market needs;

Evaporator tube wall thickness is up to 3mm, reliable and long lifespan of 20 years;

Large capacity water reservoir, allowing compressor to run smoothly without water hitting, efficiently protecting the compressor from being damaged;
