86YJ1901 AC Linear Actuator

At the heart of our 86YJ1901 AC linear actuator is a single-phase AC motor with a housing that measures 86mm in diameter. The motor itself has vent-holes for fast heat dissipation during operation at 115VAC with a starting capacitor of 27.5uf.

Speed reduction job is done by the gear box which is self-enclosed and delivers a gear ratio of 19.4:1. The gears are made from POM or nylon. POM and nylon are cheap, sturdy materials. Using them to construct gear saves money. It also allows the gear to work more quietly during a fully-loaded running. Custom gear ratio can be supplied if a larger quantity is to be ordered. The AC motor is UL certified.
