42mm PM Stepper Motor with Spur Gearbox

Features
This 42mm PM stepper motor is specially intended for use with portable medical equipment, such as the dialysis machine and infusion pump. These devices often require sufficient torque and power from a motor small enough to fit in them.

Worth mentioning here, the motor housing is constructed with POM material for lighter weight and higher temperature resistance at 80°C. Inside the POM housing also lies a small part of the gearbox such that the complete motor assembly can be more compact in design.

Currently we are offering more speed ratios such as 1:10, 1:20 and 1:50 while custom extended shaft is available upon request. The step angle is set either at 7.5° or at 15° with a positioning accuracy of ±7%.

We always take the highest care of testing the dielectric strength of the motor to see whether the value is up to the standard 600VAC/sec. at the leakage current of 1mA to safeguard the motor’s safety during operation.
