35mm PM Stepper Motor with Spur Gearbox

Our spur gear PM stepper motor measures 35mm in diameter. We can modify the speed ratio so that the motors can fit your specific applications, if only you buy them in large quantities.

Compact in size, the motor also delivers high holding torques. Its step angle can be set at 7.5° or 15°, depending on your requirements. The motor can be adapted for precise positioning applications via a spur gearbox that allows it to give a higher torque at a lower speed.

Usually made from rugged metals, the spur gear is unlikely to be worn out, although sometimes it may operate with uncomfortable noises.

Currently available is the 35mm 4-phase stepper motor with 4 windings and various current ratings. The motor will be closely inspected before leaving factory. Its dielectric strength is required to be at least 500VAC/minute.

The motor is most often seen in process control systems, tape and disk drive systems and programmable controllers.
