106mm Spindle Motor

Features
The 106mm spindle motor combines high power and precision in a small package. It consists of a squirrel-cage rotor that is balanced to G2.5 in compliance with the ISO1940 standard. Upon your request, we can tailor-make your rotor to meet higher balance grades.

From the picture on the right, you can see a smooth motor housing made from extruded aluminum. Available as separate motor component, the motor can be directly integrated into the mechanical structure where precision and hardness are required.

In addition, the 2×2 angular contact ceramic ball bearing gives the shaft the ability to resist high radial and axial load. Both class F insulation and IP54 protection are available for domestic and oversea customers. The motor also provides air cooling or water cooling system.
