42mm PM Stepper Motor

With a 42mm-diameter spacious housing, this stepper motor is less likely to get stuck than an induction motor. Repairing a stuck motor can be costly and time-consuming. Using the 42mm PM stepper motor means saving time and money on repair.

Compared to a hybrid stepper, the PM configuration is much cheaper to have. It is a cost-effective alternative to the hybrid stepper in applications that require closed loop control system, less accuracy, and less torque. Enclosed stator design enables greater dimensional control and improved thermal properties.

The motor is a 4-phase electromagnetic device that comes with one winding per phase. It has a step angle of either 7.5° or 3.6°. Its maximum holding torque is up to 800g·cm.
