15mm PM Stepper Motor with FPC

Features
The 15mm PM stepper motor has been optimized in construction by incorporating an external flexible printed circuit, FPC for short. An external installation reduces motor size and saves money on raw material cost while the same motor performance is still maintained.

Due to its light weight, the FPC is more easily to be welded with the windings to make it easier to assemble the motor. The FPC is in good ventilation condition when it is assembled outside the motor. An external FPC is also more resistant to wear and tear than an internal installation. It also helps a lot with the PM stepper motor to work consistently.

What's more, the end of extended shaft is assembled with a brass synchronous pulley. With the pulley, the PM stepper motor can operate with less noise and vibration while the holding torque can be accordingly increased 10 times if the speed ratio is normally determined at 1:10.
