Unique to the 57mm PM stepper motor is the rare-earth magnet used in the rotor. Its lightweight, simplified design enables low inertia and optimized magnetic flow path.
No coupling is needed between the stator windings, as is found in the VR motor. Application engineers often see the stepper motor as a more viable alternative to the hybrid motors for specific applications that require less accuracy and torque
What's more, our RoHS compliant motor is also CE and TS16949 certified. It has a step angle of 7.5 degrees with ±7% positioning accuracy. The motor can be made with 2-phase or 4-phase configurations, and has a holding torque up to 1500g·cm. Custom voltage, current, and operating speed are available as well.
If necessary, we can supply you with special mounting plates, cables and connectors. The motor comes with either a captive or non-captive shaft to better fit the applications where the linear motion control is required.
