Description of Air Tire Inflator
The QY301OPS and QY302OPS air tire inflators enjoy the same features and specification.
1) QY301OPS
As a wall-mounted automotive service equipment, it possesses a 10m-long high pressure gas tube, and able to inflate one tire at a time.
2) QY302OPS
With four 10m-long high pressure hoses, the vertical air tire inflator is capable of inflating 4 tires at a time. Each tube is equipped with a clip-on air chuck, so as to make sure no air is given off from the unused hose during inflation.

Features of Air Tire Inflator
1. The setting pressure should be input in the first place according to the tyre model. If the original pressure within a tyre is lower than 0.8kg, please press the “REFILL” button. The inflator will start inflating the tyre until the pressure reaches the set value. In case its original pressure is higher than 0.8kg, the device can automatically identify the pressure and start air inflation.
2. After inflated, a relatively new tire easily dilates in use, which may result in larger space within the tire and insufficient tire pressure. Our device innovatively employs the OPS function, namely the adjustable over pressure setting, so as to achieve the pre-expansion effect and reduce the expansion rate of a new tyre in use. In this way, the dwell time of inflated tyre can be effectively prolonged. Therefore, the operator is supposed to input the setting pressure (e.g. 6kg), choose the OPS inflating method, and then slightly increase the input pressure value (e.g. increasing 1.5kg). The air tire inflator may blow up the tyre until the higher pressure value (namely 7.5kg), and intelligently deflate it to reach the proper pressure (namely 6kg).
3. After starting up, the tire inflating machine will be automatically reset to the original state, and all the pressure values return to zero.
4. The air tire inflator will conduct automatic diagnosis and failure reporting functions, once a malfunction occurs. The failure reporting may be shown in the form of error code. The operator can refer to the user manual for corresponding failure causes and solutions.
5. There are 2 LED screens on its operation panel, which can display your setting pressure and the actual pressure within the tire during inflation.
