Features of Tire Changer
1. Different from traditional tire changing machines, the QY880 LH660 tire changer does not contain the turntable, crowbar and bead shovel.

2. Our tire changer makes use of an automatic tire position and locking device, instead of a turntable, so as to hold the rim and fasten the wheel. The tire changer is equipped with an enlarged alloy reducer, improving stability of the machine. 
3. Its automatic mounting head serves the function of a traditional crowbar. Driven by a small pneumatic cylinder, it helps to protect tire beads as well as rims, and facilitate the mounting or demounting of tires.
4. Our automotive tire service equipment employs a synchronous bead pressing system. After pulling up the valve core to release gas, an operator can directly fix the wheel to the machine. The bead pressing system may create a gap between the tire and its rim without the help of a bead shovel.
5. The tire changer is suitable for various tires, especially low profile tires and PAX. The processable rim ought to be smaller than or equal to 28” in diameter.
6. Its automatic tire inflator can inflate the tire after the operator puts the bead on a rim.

1. Driven by an air cylinder, the automatic mounting head inserts into the joint between a bead and a rim, which reduces work intensity of the operator and boosts work efficiency. 
2. It is perfect for demounting or mounting UHP and low profile tires.
