Features of Wheel Balancer
1. Different from many wheel balancing machines requiring manual measurement, the QY963 wheel balancer can automatically record the rim diameter as well as the distance between the rim and the balancer frame, with the help of a sensor connecting to the measuring ruler.
2. It supports self-diagnosis and self-calibration.
3. Its rotation spindle has been lengthened, so as to install and fix wheels with diverse dimension.

Our wheel balancer can simultaneously display data about unbalanced weight and unbalanced position.

There is a small recess in the middle of the measuring tape head. It helps to stick the adhesive weights in the exact positions.

It is installed with a concealed type balancing program, which can stick balance weights into the concealed positions behind the spokes. In this way, balance weights can be placed out of sight, which ensures the neatness of wheels.

The machine is equipped with a brake pedal. Once imbalance position of wheel is detected, operator will step on the pedal to lock the wheel, and then hammer on or stick on the balance weight.
