Ice Flake Machine

Our BF series ice flake machine mainly for industrial use can produce ice in flake form. Formed from fresh water or salty water, the flake ice is usually in irregular shape with thickness ranging from 1mm to 2mm and diameter ranging from 12mm to 45mm. The flake ice made by our ice making machine will not damage other objects since it has no sharp edges. Thus it can stay in the space between the objects being cooled to reduce heat exchange and keep low temperature. At the same time, the objects being cooled can keep moist with the help of the ice flake.

Advantages of Flake Ice Machine

1. High ice making efficiency and low loss of refrigeration capacity
Evaporator with vertical spiral ice cutter has been adopted in our automatic ice flake machine. In the process of ice making, water will be evenly sprayed onto the inner wall of the ice drum by the water diversion device and then freeze quickly. When the ice is formed, the spiral ice cutter will cut the ice into flakes. This design makes full use of the evaporator surfaces and helps increase ice making efficiency.

2. Little space occupation and low running cost
We can provide ice flake machine for fresh water or salty water, with or without cold source, and flake ice machine equipped with ice storage room. Ice flake making equipment with production volume ranging from 500kg/24h to 60000kg/24h is also available in our company.
