DG Series Hook

Overview
The DG series hook is a kind of oil drilling equipment capable of debugging, drill bit replacing, casing running, as well as hoisting, making up and breaking out of drill string. This well drilling rig is engineered in compliance with API 8C specification and SY/T5527 standard, and can be matched with travelling block, swivel and flying ring of same grade.

Features
1. Main body, flying ring and flying ring bracket of our hook are made from special alloy materials via delicate casting craft.
2. Barrel and lever of the well drilling tool is manufactured from alloy by means of forging. Hence, this tool boasts large load capacity.
3. Spring seat designed with flow path divides empty cavity of barrel into two sections after the hook block is fit in. After the barrel is filled with engine oil, axial impact produced during hook motion can be eliminated by dint of buffer. Thus, damage to drill pipe and connection thread is effectively avoided.
4. The barrel is configured with safety positioning device. When empty elevator is lifted, positioning disc is in contact with flying ring bracket, which generates friction force to stop hook rotation. Consequently, elevator transposition is avoided, and operation is easier.
5. This product is also outfitted with safety device and hydraulic damping device to protect drill bit and workers. It also passes nondestructive inspection.
