QJ Series Air Winches

Overview
The QJ series air winch, also known as pneumatic winch, is powered by piston-type air motor. In addition to the air motor, this oilfield drawwork also comprises gearbox, roller, braking system, winch frame, and other components. It is mainly used for hoisting operation at oilfields, ports, mines, and in places with flammable and combustible gas.

Features
1. The core parts of our air winch adopt dual supporting structure, and thereby smooth and efficient operation is realized.
2. Lubrication system for valve element of motor is specially engineered, making for reliable pneumatic winch operation.
3. Air distribution valve and motor utilize built-up connection, easy for quick-wear part replacement.
4. Through regulating angle of operating lever, this mine winch can achieve stepless speed change.
5. Starting torque is large, and starting with load is also available.
6. Operation is safe, and our air winch can work in places with inflammable gas without explosion hazard.
7. When heavy object is lifted by the QJ5B series mine hoist, automatic brake mechanism will function if compression air supply is abruptly interrupted. Thus, accident or injury won't happen.

Notes
1. The model with (A) means that the product can be configured with remote control device, and the model with (B) indicates that auto brake can be equipped.
2. All the above mentioned parameters are for common air winches only.
3. F refers to flange connection, and L means threaded connection. For the product without F or L, plate connection is adopted.
