The RGLE-32, RGLE1-40, and RGLE2-40 residual current breakers with over-current protection are mainly applied in the AC 50Hz or 60Hz circuits with the rated voltage and current not exceeding 240V and 40A respectively. They are mainly used to protect the illumination and power distribution systems in the buildings.
Our residual current device offers reliable protection against electric leakage, overload, short circuit, and other faults. The overvoltage protection function can also be provided upon request.
Installation and Wiring Diagram
Please read carefully before installation, so as to install correctly.
Part name Circuit diagram Teardown method
① Pull down the DIN-RAIL fixing card
② Incline and put up the RCBO
Rated Voltage (V) | Rated current (A) | Rated residual operating current In (MA) | Rated residual non-operating current In(MA) | Breaking times (s) | Rated short-circuit breaking capacity(A) | Rated residual breaking capacity (A)
In | 2In | 0.25A | 500A | ||||||
240 | 6, 10, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40 | 30, 100 | 15, 50 | 01 | 0.05 | 004 | 0.04 | 3000, 4500, 6000 | 500 |
When the RCBO is used under normal conditions and the temperature is 30℃-50℃, the over-current motion characteristic is described in the following table.
Rated current IN(A) | Testing current (A) | Starting condition | Testing time (t) | Testing result | Note |
6,10,16,20, 25,32,40 | 1.13in | Cold | ≥1h | Non-motion
1.45in | Hot | <1h | Motion | Current will rise to rated value steadily within 5s
2.55in | Cold | 1~60s | Motion
5in | Cold | ≥0.1s | Non-motion
10in | Cold | <0.1s | Motion |
