Frequency Converter for Crane

With the rapid development of electronics and software technology, the performance and reliability of frequency converters have been improved greatly. The application of frequency conversion technology on the crane realizes the moving, opening, and closing of the lifting mechanism. Technical Features
1. This electronic device can be configured easily by DIP switch.
2. The DIP switch has 16 options. Different maximum/minimum speed can be set with it.
3. It has two control modes: stepless mode(EP) and variable-frequency double-speed mode (MS2).
4. It is easy to install MicroMove frequency converters in the electrical box. The 007 series adopts the docking mode, which is especially easy to install.
5. The operator can set up parameters of MicroMove easily and fast without removing the protective cover.
6. Different models of MicroMove series are adapted to different control voltages of 48V, 115V or 230V and frequencies of 50Hz or 60Hz.
7. The speed of the cart and trolley can be controlled by TravelMaster or MicroMove, to minimize the swaying of load. The stable and adjustable acceleration and braking minimize the wear of components (such as brakes, gears and wheels).
8. Ambient operating temperature: -10 ℃ to 50℃.

MicroMove and TravelMaster
1. The MicroMove frequency converter is used for the trolley speed control of wire rope hoisting mechanism or electric chain hoisting mechanism. It also can be used for the cart speed control of cranes with a maximum motor power of 2.2KW.
2. The TravelMaster is used for the cart speed control of cranes with a maximum motor power above 2.2KW. It has special analog control (0-10V) and error code storage functions in addition to all the other advantages shared with MicroMove.
