Applications
The double girder overhead crane is applicable to the material lifting in rectangular sites, such as workshops, warehouses and open storage yards.

1. It is designed with European technology which features compact structure, light deadweight, small space occupation and low headroom, to make full use of plant space and save unnecessary costs.
2. Its lifting capacity is 5t-80t and the bridge span is 28.5m-34.5m.
3. This crane is secure and efficient. It is ergonomically reasonable in design and easy to operate.
4. The standard electric hoist (or winch) and the cart and trolley speed converter contribute to smooth traveling and fast positioning. They also keep loads in balanced movement. Variable frequency electric hoist is an option upon request.
5. The braking system also greatly improves security. The automatic, dust-proof brake features high performance with more than 1 million times of safe use.
6. The gear set of this hoisting equipment has been hardened and polished to guarantee the long time trouble-free operation of the crane.

Components
1. A single box girder.
2. A pair of overhead cart end carriages with a pair of supporting 3-in-1 drive units.
3. Single or multiple electric hoist(s).
4. A set of traveling platform and maintenance platform. Suspended cabin can be equipped upon request.
5. A whole set of electrical control units. Pendant control station, remote control, and the latest Bluetooth controller are available options.
