Electric Chain Hoist

Applications
The electric chain hoist makes it very convenient to handle loads and carry on maintenance. It applies to the workstation material handling by light cranes or jib cranes.

Technical Features
1. The hoisting capacity is 60kg-5,000kg and the input power supply is 230v-675v.
2. The protection level of the whole machine is IP55, while that of the pendant control station is IP65.
3. The other parameters are: 4/1 double-speed lifting with optional frequency converter; F-grade motor insulation class; 48v contactor control.
4. The trolley with variable frequency makes the lifting mechanism run smoothly. Noise of the chain hoist is reduced by the upper and lower limit switch.
5. The newly designed chain guide ensures long-time use of the chain. The metal chain guide and patented chain wheel are easy for replacement.
6. The middle gear is specially designed to disperse the stress on the chain for quieter operation and less abrasion.
7. The overall use of aerial connection makes it easy for installation and maintenance. It reduces the downtime and maintenance costs.
8. The electrical limit switch and mechanical friction torque limiter provide electrical and mechanical overload protection, to ensure the safety of the operator and the lifting mechanism.
9. The pendant control station has plug adaptor and emergency brake. The electric chain hoist may also be equipped with remote control upon request. The latest Bluetooth controller is also available.
