12-22t/h Hammer Mill

Features of 12-22t/h Hammer Mill
1. The crushing chamber of the hammer mill crusher is manufactured in the shape of water drop, which effectively prevents materials from moving with airflow.
2. There is a U-shaped regrinding device designed under the crushing chamber of the pulverizer. In addition to the increase in production, the particle size of the material obtained is more uniform.
3. By adjusting the gap between hammer and sieve, both coarse grinding and fine grinding can be realized.
4. The rotor which has been tested by dynamic balance makes for the stable operation and the low noise of the grinding machine.
5. The hammer blade of the hammer mill is made of vacuum-melted alloy steel. So the lifespan of the blade is longer.
6. The hammermill door can be fully opened. So both maintenance and replacement of the sieve are much more convenient.
