Filter Cartridge, Filter Bag

Filter element, which falls into filter cartridge and filter bag, is the predominant component for universal round filter. The choice is dependent on specific working environment, thus maximizing filtration efficiency.

This type of filer element is made up from PET, offering exceptional rigidity. The filter fabric is only 0.2mm thick, but shows no compromise on filtration performance. It is highly characterized by filtration effectiveness, pressure resistance, easy maintenance and long lifespan.

The filter cartridge is endowed with robust plastic framework which is combined together with filter fabric by casting, whereby prominent integrity and hermeticity are ensured. Moreover, the filter fabric is available in various lengths ranging among 900mm, 750mm and 500mm.

Advantage
This kind of filter element offers fairly large real filter surface per unit volume which is nearly 4 times of that of filter bag. As a result, customers avail from drastically reduced size and cost of dust collector, as well as maintenance workload. Although filter cartridge is not applicable for some kinds of powder materials, it still has extensive applications.

This filter element adopts needled mat or imported spunlace with drawer-type design. The maximal bag length reaches 1800mm. The sealing involves the use of PU casting. Steel framework and filter bag are independent, thus offering convenient maintenance.

Filter bag is easy to manufacture and install. Featuring large air volume and impressive filtration speed, this cleaning device is applicable for almost all powder materials. Compared to filter cartridge, filter bag is larger in size, whereby this type of dust collector has bigger shape accordingly.

Additionally, in accordance with various applications and powder properties, these two kinds of filter elements can be equipped with special-treated filter materials.

1. Waterproof and oil-proof filter material is well-suited for humid working environment and oil powders.
2. Anti-static filter material is ideal for applications where static electricity is the primary concern, such as plastic particles, etc.
3. Coated filter material has been proved to be perfect for viscous materials with high humidity or very fine particles in diameter below 40 micrometers.
