Description
The aeration pad is made from macromolecular material which is abrasion resistant and air permeable. Compressed air gradually permeates through ventilating surface of 100cm2 and then enters stock bin, forming a local area of high air pressure. Consequently, bulk density of materials is greatly lowered and thereby material fluidity is enhanced.
Application
This bin aerator pad is widely used in construction, grain, ceramic, plastic, glass, metallurgy, chemical, pharmaceutical, papermaking, and mining machinery industries.
Functional Features
1. By utilizing our aeration pad, materials will achieve expected fluidity, easy for discharging. Meanwhile, material agglomeration, segregation, bridging or cavitation won’t easily happen.
2. For single-row mounting, this aeration device is fit for cement discharging. For complicated application situations, it generally adopts multi-row arrangement. For example, during slaked lime storing or fixed-quantity material feeding, this aerator pad not only helps to facilitate material discharging, but also keeps material in motion during long-term storage.
3. By means of long-term field test, our aeration pad is proved to be extremely effective in guaranteeing material fluidity. Besides, it should be noted that working temperature of this equipment is less than 120℃ , and viscous materials are not applicable.
