T-3000 Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge with Through Coating Capability

The T-3000 ultrasonic thickness gauge comes with easy operation, good stability and high efficiency. The thickness meter is able to accurately measure the thickness of substrate without the need of removing paint coating. This non-destructive testing equipment has two working methods, namely, pulse-echo and echo-echo.

The echo-echo method of ultrasonic thickness gauge belongs to coating mode. It can pass through the surface coating of material and directly gauge the net thickness of substrate without calibration. This mode does not require polishing the coating. However, its measuring range is 3mm~20mm with a standard probe.

The pulse-echo method of ultrasonic thickness gauge pertains to standard mode. The coating has to be polished before measurement, so as to avoid error. Its measuring range reaches up to 0.8mm~300mm with a standard probe.
