PFX Series Impact Crusher

Overview
The PFX series impact crusher, also known as horizontal compound crusher, is a kind of adjustable fine crushing equipment without grate bar. It can be used for raw material and clinker crushing in cement plants, or for crushing dolomite, flint clay, lead zinc ore, serpentine, blast furnace slag, gangue, phosphate ore and other medium hard materials. This cement clinker impact crusher is also well suited for artificial sand making as well as crushing highway pavement materials like limestone, dolomite, granite, basalt, etc.

Features
1. This fine impact crusher is mainly characterized by simple and rational structure as well as low operating cost. By taking advantage of material mutual impact principle, machine abrasion is effectively avoided.
2. Crushing ratio is high, reaching up to 15:1.
3. Particle size of discharged materials is adjustable and not affected by abraded blow bar and liner.
4. As this crushing machine comes without grate bar, materials with high moisture or silt content won't be easily blocked. Meanwhile, due to flexible adjusting mechanism, uncrushable materials are automatically expelled, and thereby damage to machine is effectively avoided.
5. Bearing is horizontally arranged with a long service life. It helps the impact crusher to crush high-temperature materials like cement clinker.
6. Rotor block is specially constructed and almost free of abrasion.
7. Rear chamber is configured with lead screw or hydraulic opening mechanism, thus easily-damaged parts can be conveniently replaced without needing hoisting equipment.
8. Working noise is below 75dB, and there is less dust pollution is caused.

Note: The production capacity in the above table is obtained under the conditions that the material is limestone with bulk density of 1.6t/m3.
