Overview
The ISP series impact crusher is a newly developed high-efficiency crushing machine for secondary and three-stage crushing. When it is used to crush materials with compressive strength of less than 150MPa, the maximum particle size of feedstocks is 400mm. Once the compressive strength of materials is more than 150MPa, the maximum particle size is 140mm. Currently, this impact fine crusher plays an important role in expressway, urban building, hydroelectricity and many other industries.
Features
1. Our impact crusher is designed with two-stage crushing chamber that is adjustable for crushing operation of different levels.
2. Main machine body incorporates top and lower parts which are demountable, making for convenient installation and transportation.
3. Rotor comes with taper sleeve coupled with keys, and both wear-resisting blow bar and impact plate are available for plug-in mounting.
4. There are symmetric doors at both sides of impact crusher rack. Thereby, blow bar and impact plate can be replaced after doors are opened, which is very easy and also reduces downtime.
5. The particle size of discharged materials is adjustable, and the final products come in uniform cubic shape.
6. This construction waste impact crusher can be used to make artificial sand, and one-time successful sand making rate is more than 30%.
